Hi all - I'm currently running the power step lights through limit switches using the 12v/aux power from the trailer wiring harness. I wanted to see if it would be possible to tap into the Mopar power step wiring to trigger the lights on when the steps drop and turn off when the steps retract.
Has anyone done this? If so, could some one share a wiring diagram to point out which wire you tapped into? Ideally if it points out which pin location as I have made my own power step harness and wire colors most likely will not match the factory harness.
