Trouble locating cause of vibration

Hey all. Been a minute since I’ve been back here. I’m having an intermittent vibration when driving. Usually doesn’t occur less than 50 mph. The severity and length of time it happens is very random. It really feels like a tire out of balanced but just had them balanced and issue still persists. Had the suspension looked at (although I’m not sure how thorough they were). Aside from throwing new tires on and finding out it’s not a tire issue, what else can I have looked at/done? It also seems like it’s a passenger side issue and not on the drivers side. Passenger seat shakes like max when it happens and I don’t feel it as much. Any help diagnosing is appreciated.

Truck is a ‘22 2500 Hemi MC with a level and 35x12.5 Ridge Grapplers on Fuel 20” wheels.

Where are you located?

I got fed up with incompetent tire shops not being able to fix my issue so I found a used hunter road force balancer and did them myself.

Lo and behold, it was a balancing issue all along

You can come by and we can balance if you’re in DFW, TX anytime

I’m in MN. Really appreciate the offer. That was the next plan, to have them road force balanced and see if that’s it.

If you find a road force machine at a shop:

Tell them to turn off “smart weight” and balance it dynamically.

If the balancer screen says “OK” at the end, they used smartweight. It’s an option in the software to minimize weight usage in order for shops to save money.

So if 2 ounces are needed at spot X and 2 ounces and spot Y maybe smartweight says to split the difference and put 3 oz in between.

The recheck spin will calculate that the assembly still isn’t “fully” balanced but will be within an acceptable tolerance and the screen shows “OK” in big green letters

That works for most people, but if you’re having issues they should be turning off that feature without you having to tell them (fat chance) and put where it needs to go vs trying to save weight.

If balanced dynamically, the check spin will show “0 Oz” rather than “OK” and that’s a way for you to quickly see which method they used

There’s a couple of other things I can suggest you have them do that I’ll type up when not on the phone if you want.
