Apologize if this is a repeat question/issue but I searched and couldn’t find it.

All 4 trailer monitors link to truck (all green and check marked). Push finish and system acts as if it never linked. Dash screen says it wasn’t configured.

Contacted dealer-doesn’t have a clue
Contacted RAM Care-clueless

Anyone had/have same issue….any solutions?
