Tow mirrors

Hi everyone I just put tow mirrors on my 2020 Ram power wagon. They are from 2018. I am looking to see if anyone know how to wire 2018 ram tow mirrors to a 2020 ram the wire dont match up. Just wondering if anyone has a diagram of the wire and how to match them up. Thanks a lot.
