perfectly said... Our A4 was the best handling vehicle I've ever driven in the snow, but I'll never own another. For a car that was paid off, $3k+ a year for repairs - 4 years in a row.
I had a 04 Allroad 2.7t that is still running even the original turbos are going strong @ 174000 miles. I gifted it to my son years ago then he traded it to his buddy for a Toyota truck. I just talked to the guy who got it from my son and he said it still is running strong at 174k. I think the older Audi's are hit and miss. I sure love them.

Apparently, at least in Washington it is almost city specific, some towns let it fly, some don't. And most restrict to Roads with speed limits 35 and under. Too bad FCA is doing their best to kill them off, I’d rather have a diesel roxor than a modern jeep any day.
Washington has gotten pretty good about licensing toys, I was able to license my YXZ1000SS XT-R turbo. I drive it 6mi to town, 35mph is the speed limit for them, but I have always felt speed limits are suggested.

Repost but this one has been on jack stands in the garage for two months, was nice to get it back out on such a beautiful evening. Didn’t venture out too far, didn’t want to drive further than I was willing to walk tonight. Joking. Kinda.

Two here in Komifornia, one totally unable to get a smog note and the the other will never need one. Irony here is I built the 1st one to for speed and many $$$, the 2nd just blows it away!View attachment 23717View attachment 23718
That mustang is cool, but people really underestimate the power of EV's. We built an all electric motorcycle in college as our senior project and it was crazy the amount of torque it had.

Nice rides in here.
Heres my other ride project I'm working on. 1950ish Cushman stepthru scooter. Came with a custom made body.
Been replacing some of the steel body on the front to get it straight. Basically doing a back half and stretch on the frame. Added 4 inches into the foot area. Widening the frame behind that by 3 inches and stretching it another 5 inches.
Gonna run a hoosier 18x10-10 rear tire on it. Setting ground clearance somewhere between 3 to 4 inches.
Building a Harbor Freight 420cc motor to drop in it. Billet rod and flywheel. Forged piston. Custom ground blower cam. AMR500 roots style blower at 10 PSI of boost. Custom CDI ignition with variable timing. Goal is 50 HP. Comet CVT transmission. Geared for 65MPH at 6200 RPM. Total weight of me and bike will be about 500 lbs.
Should be a fun ride.
Doing a lot of mock up right now to figure out placements and sizes.

That looks like a fun project. The chinese lawn mower motors are fun as hell and easy to tune. Some guys are getting 20-25hp out of the 196/212cc variants N/A.

My sons and I are riding these every weekend. Fun as hell. They both have the governers removed and other mods. The green one has a bigger carb too.

Ive GPS'd the green one at 52mph, the blue one 48mph. Too fast IMO for something that small with no suspension! haha
