[SOLVED] OEM LED Headlight Conversion - No Turn Signals?

Has anyone else swapped out halogen headlights for OEM LEDs and the turn signals won't work?

Here is what I did in AlfaOBD:

Car configuration change: LED Front Turn Lamps Present: ' NO ' -> ' YES '
Car configuration change: LED High Beam Lamps Present: ' NO ' -> ' YES '
Car configuration change: Front Park/Signature Lamp Left - Pin A-7: ' NO ' -> ' YES '
Car configuration change: Front Park/Signature Lamp Right - Pin A5: ' NO ' -> ' YES '
Car configuration change: Signature Light Present: ' NO ' -> ' YES '

Edit (these were also changed, but were inadvertently left of the initial post/list):
Car configuration change: LED low beam lamps present- YES
Car configuration change: LED front park/marker lamps present- YES

And here are the error messages:

Error code: B2204
ECU Configuration Mismatch
Incorrect component installed


Last test completed positively
Error intermittent
Failure warning lamp 'ON': Not requested


Error code: B1756
Front Right Turn Lamp 2 Control
Short circuit to + battery/Open circuit


Last test failed
Error present
Failure warning lamp 'ON': Not requested


Error code: B1757
Front Left Turn Lamp 2 Control
Short circuit to + battery/Open circuit

(This is an ongoing issue...waiting for a new module under warranty.)

hmmmmm...I think I remember changing:

CBC features LED low beam lamps present- YES​

but those aren't on my configuration change list...let me go out and double check...

They were set to YES, not sure why they didn't show up on the change list.

Interestingly, I cleared the faults with AlfaOBD and when I started my truck, the turn signals worked for about two seconds before they stopped and the 'turn signal out' notification popped up on the EVIC and the other signal lights began to hyperblink.

I have disabled the diagnostic function on my turn signals so I can replace the bulbs with LED and not worry about bulb out messages. I believe I searched for diagnostic to find the from left and front right settings. But I did have an issue with one side when I first installed. Shut everything down and waited about 20 mins and they have worked ever since.

Apparently the settings depend on which LED headlight you have. I've got the Adaptive LEDs and there are a few more changes to make with AlfaOBD for them to work. As always, Jimmy07 is the man.
