Just picked up my 2022 Ram 2500 Laramie last week from the dealer. Got Uconnect all setup successfully, however, SiriusXM is nowhere to be found in the media sources. I tried adding the radio to my Sirius account using the VIN and it successfully added it, however, I still don't have any Sirius source on the actual radio. Anyone experience the same and have a fix without having to go back to the dealer?

You see the radio ID in your Sirius XM account? If yes and it’s active, may need to send a refresh signal to the radio.

Yes I can see the radio ID in my account and I did try the refresh signal even though I can't get the channel to the preview channel for the refresh instructions. Still no SXM source after a few days

I did try the factory reset as well, no luck and called Uconnect Specialist. They were pretty clueless and just said go to the dealership. I'm guessing that's probably the only recourse at this point

It also failed to finish an update the first day, so I'm wondering if that's part of the issue too

I have the same issue, my dealer told me there is a service bulletin for North American RAM on how to fix it, have to take it in.

I took mine into the dealer last week, they downloaded the update to version C onto a USB stick and manually performed the update. Sirius is now a source and works great. On the plus side the dealership downloaded the update in advance and had me come in when they had the USB stick ready to go so the actual update process only took about half an hour.

Wish there was a way to do the update myself, I am pretty tech smart.
