My new 2019 5500 tradesmen. 4x4, 11' service body, 8,000 pound crane. I've added the bug shield, fog lights, front mud flaps and ordered my brush guard today. Love this truck, but glad I didn't have to buy it or keep filling up the fuel tank.

I like the bug shield and those wheels too. Where'd you get those lug caps? I hope you'll take another picture or two when you get the brush guard installed.

The simulators and lug covers where on it. I've tried finding them online in case one gets tore up.

I got the hitch on over the weekend. Most of the body builders around here use the weld on hitches. I went with the bolt on for a couple reasons. One, it was readily available, two, I'm going to build a dump bed and all of the weld on hitches that I looked at were welded to the frame of the truck and to the frame of the body. Also, I did a mock-up of the framing and tool boxes for the bed; figured I'd throw that picture in too. It's going to be late June 'till the hoist and the tool boxes get here. I hope to see some posts here of other cab and chassis rigs in the mean time.
Have a great day,
AB

What are your plans for a headache rack?

Very impressed with the fab work so far.
The headache rack is coming together a little at a time. Lots of drawing and test fitting 'till I like what I see. I'll get a pic. up when something comes together. I've also been working on getting the tool boxes hung onto the frame and the hoist is supposed to be here next week. Once the fab. work is done it goes to get powder coated. All supposed to be done before the 4th of July for a trip we have planned.
