I saw this on my truck today on its first service. They did not have the grid heater relay.
What is the 6.7 Cummins No Start on line A ?

I did not see a tail gate recall on my truck.

you very much. I could not find the information using google and the service advisor didn’t know either. She was new from the Chevy side .

was a software update, glad to know what it’s about. They apparently don’t have that part. Matter of fact they had zero parts for any of my recalls.

I asked , she didn’t know and she was new to the Ram side. She was from the Chevy side previously

Good catch, I follow the grid heater thread a bit and clearly missed that. Probably good that a separate thread is here as others may have missed.

This isn’t a recall either, it’s something you’d have to complain about for them to change.
