Ram's sales documentation mentioned that the Rebel has a unique suspension, but doesn't go into detail as to what that means. My build sheet also has a line for "REBEL SUSPENSION". This thread is to try to figure out what the differences are. I'm going to start with what I've observed so far, and hopefully over time we'll figure out exact details.

Observations to this point:
  • The Rebel does *not* have articulink control arms. This isn't a surprise, but some early pre-production pictures showed them.
  • My Rebel appears to be taller than "regular" 2500s. I'll need some measurements from an offroad-package 2500 and a Power Wagon to be sure.
  • The Rebel feels significantly less "head-tossy" than my previous 2020 2500 Limited did. It feels much like the previous truck did after I put the Thuren front sway bar on. I checked the sway bar on mine (picture attached) and it has a different part number (68090205AA) than what I see in the parts databases for previous years. The part number does not come up when I search it.
Thanks to @jetrinka we have the following part numbers for my springs and track bars:
  • Front Track Bar - 68223802AB
  • Rear Track Bar - 68414804AB
  • Front Springs - 68505944AB
  • Rear Springs - 68349171AB

Awesome thread!

I need to change the oil on the PW probably this weekend so when it's on the level ground I'll get measurements of its ride height and post them here along with some specs of my truck. Be nice to compare with the Rebel.

Hello! What else did you all find out about this? I would be interested in a 'softer' factory front swaybar for my 2500.

I've been looking into leveling my Rebel and am finding that my measurements are similar to a "regular" ram 2500. I'm sitting at 24.5" in front to 26.5 in rear.

I forgot about this thread, so I didn't look at part numbers when I pulled my OEM swaybar off in July. I went out and looked tonight and the OEM part for my 3500 SRW is the same 68090205AA.

The difference between the 68090205AA and the Thuren is substantial with the diesel, so I would assume it’s even better with the lighter gas motor.

Get the Thuren, there doesn’t appear to be anything special about the Rebel anti-sway bar.

Here are measurements of my front and rear sway bar diameters. This is [virtually] identical to what I got off of some youtuber who measured the bars on a 2024 Rebel Diesel; 25.79mm rear and 33.9mm front. My measurements are 1.29" (32.8mm) front and 1.03" front (26.2mm). The tiny variations are likely due to human error... Also, for comparison, I weighed the stock front sway bar with the links; 28.4lbs. The carli sway bar (1") with links; 23.2lbs

My front sway bar part number is P68211278AA
