2019 6.4 truck with 50k, hard accel from stop or rolling, get a clunk/pop noise from rear end. checked cab bolts, 2 shocks and 3rd member shock bolts, sway bolts, control arm bolts, and re-torqued the drive shaft flange bolts. I thought it went away but is still making noise. any other ideas? truck is stock. worried its the differential. haven't pulled cover yet to inspect. the driveshaft flange 4 bolts were at 80 ft/lbs. I think it might have gotten better once I re-torqued them, but not sure. I think I'm leaning towards this or diff problem.

any other ideas or thoughts?
