Yup, what he said...There is probably a sideload from when you stopped and parked it. Did you turn into your driveway (not Hocus Pocus turned-into) when you parked? I bet if you put a chalk mark on the pavement parallel with the outside edge of the tire(s), jacked up the frame...say by the trailer hitch just enough to take weight off the axle and then set it back down, you'd have a different placement of the tire on the pavement. My big scary class 8 truck slowly skips the tires back when it is being unloaded or load, more unloaded because of the side-load when it was parked. No debate needed, take into account that his theory is presented to you by a guy who always sat in the back of the class.
If you drive straight for let say 100ft with no load, it should get back to normal position, right?
