Has anyone added these and what kit works best?
Thanks
Thanks
They don’t. Literally just everyone puts them on aftermarket. Then why does Toyota have them on the Taco? But a dually doesn't.

No, they don’t.Toyota puts them on from the factory.
I promise you the Tacomas are not coming from the factory with those lights. Chevy/GMC had some factory SRW trucks that had marker lights like a dually (Denali/C3 and Yukon XL with Quadrasteer).I've seen some tacos with them from the factory. Also Chevy is doing it as well.
But here's a honest question.
So if a truck is wider than X, it must have clearance lights. they are usually set up on top of the cab, 5 lights, 3 in the middle, one on each outer side, amber in color Hay hauler lights as my cousin calls them. You see them on all big rigs, busses, HD trucks , etc.
When Ford built the Raptor, they did 3 lights in the grill, but no outer light. Does that still meet the requirement for marker lights?
And now the TRX has followed suit, but put them in the hood scoop. Does that still meet the requirement?
If so, then could we remove the marker lights on top of the cab, and move them down to the grill or hood and meet the requirement? Not that I want to, I like my "Hay Hauler" lights.
And other manufactures are doing it as well, putting 3 amber led lights in the grill, even though their trucks do not require it. Latest fad I guess.
Why?
Do you not have the clearance lights on top of the cab?
I'm glad RAM didnt follow all the other truck builders and add the lights on the 2500.
They are on the TRX, so maybe you could use those.

OK,. Understand. Can you get the dealer to retrofit factory ones? Or too much money?
Or could you retrofit a set of factory ones? It shouldn't be that hard. I pulled my headliner down some in the back to run a antenna wire thru the 3rd brake light down to my VHF radio.
