I got my recall notice today also. I'm gonna call tomorrow to see if they have parts. I'm sure I already know the answer.

There is a QR code on the letter you can use to get email, or text updates. I signed up, pretty easy.

Why call? It clearly states a remedy is not currently available, and a follow-up notice will be mailed when the remedy is available. Call when you receive the 2nd notice.
I called before even getting a letter (still no letter) and i am 3rd in line when the dealer starts getting the kits, i asked to be 3rd let them do a couple first to get the process down pat lol

Calling to "get in line" is one thing, but to call to see if they have the parts while knowing they don't is another.

Looks like an adapter ring like the aftermarket solutions.

Like to see a 21+ image again side by side to compare.
Here's my '21 hpfp for reference.

Side note, should I be concerned about the "wetness" on the cover?

I'm sure they were concerned that the minuet word got out that they would be hammered with phone call's knowing they wouldn't have parts for a few months yet.

Looks like your cover gasket may be leaking, You should get it looked at by your dealer.

Thanks for the replies, I'm thinking I'll take it in before I wipe it off to show what it looks like. I'm pretty sure I didn't spill any oil when I did the first change but that is a possibility. I'll take a closer look at it tomorrow.

I called the dealer closest to me to see if anyone in parts had seen the actual repair parts. The answer was 'well I really can't answer that because everyone in parts is out with Covid - I'm just answering the phones'. So I called the dealer where I purchased it from and parts had not heard of the recall (and had nothing). However, service said they should have it done by the end of the year - JUST KIDDING - he said - parts expected first quarter this year. I asked him to put me on the list as I have two long trips with a 5th wheel starting in May. He said he'd take care of me. We'll see.

OK, EVERYONE doesn't need to post a copy of the letter.
Dang it. Bossman is in before I got to post up my letter.

I put myself on some sort of list when the recall notice showed up on my VIN. I am guessing that just went into vapor and I should call the local dealer to get on a list.
