It should have, mine did. But the dealer just threw them in the bed of mine when I took delivery and I didn’t notice so they had to replace a couple that had flown out. I just ordered them on one of the molar parts sites and they reimbursed me. They were like $50.

Mine were under the back seat on the driver's side. However, the truck came with hitch installed.

What style plugs did you guys get from the factory. All the ones I'm seeing online have the little grabby bar in the center. I just installed the oem puck system and gooseneck hitch myself and the plugs that came with it are very different from all the pictures I'm seeing online.

I assumed he was talking about the plastic caps you use when you are not using the gooseneck ball or 5th wheel hitch.

If you do use an actual insert/ball/ect then it should have the grabber (ball-bearing) that holds the piece in place.

That’s what I assumed too honestly. Mine all have the grab piece in the middle but they’re the insert plugs for when I’m not pulling a gooseneck. I just have the puck ready system so I bought my ball from curt. Not sure what the mopar gooseneck and/or 5ver full systems come with.

With the factory equipped trim rings/plugs, how do they secure to the bed? The ones that came with my kit to add after production are really lame, the trim rings just float all loose in the hole, and the plugs kinda fit into the pucks to barely hold them in place, it's really cheap and not very effective.

I'm debating spending the $45 on the OEM replacement trim/plug kit since the way I purchased these parts I only got the 4 puck covers and I was not able to buy the gooseneck trim/plug by itself. To get the gooseneck plug/trim i almost have to buy the OEM kit, which i wouldn't mind doing if the rest of the plugs/trim rings were a better design that actually held onto the bed. If they're the same crappy design I'll find a less expensive option for the center gooseneck plug.

They have 3 notches around the perimeter that the plug fits into then you spin to lock it in. They’re certainly secure I sometimes have to take a set of pliers to them to get them out if they’ve been in for a while.

I did fib to you though I guess I ordered them on eBay. Says they fit up to a 2019 but they fit my 20 perfectly. I believe I spent $60 shipped with tax.

Thanks for the photos, those look way better and more effective than this junk my kit came with. I'm gonna order a set off ebay and be done with it.

Ok, i need to retract all the previous hate i threw at these trim rings and plugs my kit came with. I was not installing them correctly. There's a ring machined around the outside of the pucks just below the faces, turns out these rubber trim rings seat into those rings and it holds them nice and tight to the floor, and being they're rubber, they'll take a shot from me loading something into the bed a lot better than the hard plastic trim rings that clip to the bed. I discovered I didn't install them correctly when i found a thread on a different forum where members were complaining about the plastic rings being junk and breaking off after loading something into the bed. Here's what they look like properly installed:

Now if only i could find the one for the gooseneck hole i'll be golden.

That’s good to know, seeing them installed they look like a much better fit and finish than the OEM ones. I will say I’m 9 flavors of hell on a pickup bed and I’ve only managed to gouge one, have yet to break one. BUT, being in Texas mine are probably warm and pliable at all times. I’d imagine a real winter would be hard on these OEM plugs while yours are much better quality.
