Loaded up and brought it home. Yanmar SA 424 with a 60" belly mower.
Paid $200 over what I was originally going to offer, but $1500 under what he was asking.
My original offer was $700 under what I paid.

Just over 3 acres. But I'm on a hill. Basically stairs stepped with an acre on each step.
Want to dig into the hill and make the back yard bigger. Also have over 1/8 mile of gravel driveway to maintain.
And it snows here.

I'm jealous of that backhoe attachment. Wish my Kubota had that!
I got lucky. Actually found 2 tractors set up the same. Jd 1025R and this one. Went with this one as the other guy was too slow at responding. So this one showed up. I think I got the better tractor.
