Painting Factory Rims

Anyone paint their factory rims? I have the black out edition but I want gloss wheels and thinking about painting what I have.

Powder coating would be a good option for you.

I'm sure people will suggest trading if possible. You may find someone on this site interested, but shipping wheels is pretty expensive so you might want to list them for trade on your local swap shops.

My dad recently had the rims on this J$$P done via powder coating. Really looked sharp and I'd agree that's the way to go. I painted the rims on my old Disco Land Rover and that was a PITA and didn't hold up well to rock chips.

rims are like 75$ each here for powdercoating. Dont paint them, it won't hold up well.
