Is there any news about an off road package on the 2019 2500 and 3500?

Well, a person wondering like me.

I am sure the offroad package like on the 2018 will be offered.

I am hoping for the eLocker to be added, like the 1500...no news on that yet.

I have a thread here about offering the Powerwagon axles with out the suspension to the 2500 in any configuration and the winch, very hopeful they could do this making a true Outdoorsman package...but you know how that goes...probably not.

The offroad package was only offered onthe 2017 and 2018 Ram 2500 nothing for the 3500...would guess no matter what that would stay the same.

Link to my conversation about how to best utilize the Powerwagon goodies into an Outdoorsman package.

I want a Powerwagon, but need an 8foot bed...this would be my best of both worlds...and no loss of payload.

I had a powerwagon and liked everything but the 4.01 rear axle and gas engine. They worked fine but that truck didn’t like cruising fast on the highway. It was great at the farm in the mud.... not so much as a daily driver that was used on the highway frequently. I would love an off road package with a rear locker, lift, shocks and skid plates ( like the new 1500 ) and also get the Cummins with a 3.42 rear axle. I’m a red neck that likes the 4X4 Off Road sticker also.

I was really hoping the eLocker was coming for the offroad package. The 2018 ORP is pretty good...just want that locker.

My favorite thing about the new 1500 Rebel.

Offroad package is the same as 2017/2018.

Not sure if they default to chromethis time.

I want hill descent, but not the chrome...decisions, decisions.

The snow chief will get you most of the other stuff, minus flares, shocks, and decal.

Interestingly, the off road doesn't list the anti spin, which is packaged with snow chief.

Darn hill descent, guess I got to debate this more.

The longhorns have always been my favorites but I am honestly looking at the power wagon or maybe something with ORG. Im just not a fan of the big words on the body (power wagon)

Do you loose that much payload or tow capacity with power wagon?
Yes. Payload is only 1660. A far cry from the 3380 of a regular 2500.

And that 1660 is most likely the Tradesma with Powerwagon package.

A friend has a 2018 Powerwagon, payload is 1330, less than most 1500s.

It is the suspension that does it, hence my campaigning for an updated Outdoorsman package with the goodies, minus the suspension.

You used to be able to get the decal delete option...not sure this time though.

Oh, yeah, MAX Towing is only 10620...and that is going to be hard to legally pull off...but the truck is still a Heavy Duty so it will drag it no problem, just with some squat and a possible fine in certain areas.
