New look

Back in June, I promised that we would be changing the forum style to match that of 5thGenRams and Moparinsiders. I finally got around to that today and I believe that it will greatly improve the user experience. You will see two new icons beside the notification bell in the top right, the slider looking one contains some customizations you can make to set up the forum in a way that you prefer, and the one that looks like a lightbulb will enable the light mode if you prefer that over the dark.

I like the layout and overall look. But I think it would look a lot better if the header background pics were different. When I first came to the page this morning it looked like it was glitching out with the same truck grille staring at me from 3 different places.
