We are experiencing connection difficulties with our navigation system. It works then it doesn't work, we keep contacting Sirius radio and they get it to work but it doesn't keep it's connection. They asked us if we have an internet connection with a provider or do we use our blue tooth? When we first purchased our 2019 Ram 2500 this past December (2020) everything worked properly. Then the radio subscription expired so we renewed and then when we went to use the navigation system it did not work. We have been dealing with this issue for several months now. What do we need to do to get this to work correctly? Please help us with this issue, thank you.
