Greasing needle for driveline

I read on here somewhere that a Lincoln grease needle is needed for the front driveline. I’ve also read that the bearings are sealed and don’t require greasing.

Is there a need to grease the splines on the drive shaft? Or anything really that needs this grease needle? Truck is at 31k and I’m sure the dealers didn’t do this if required at oil changes.

It is on the Front Cardin joint. I believe they eliminated that in 20.
