I have a 2020 ram 2500 hemi 4x4. It has the factory Trailer brake control module on the dash. Since I have had the truck, when I push the "+" button on the module, nothing happens. However, it will turn down. One of the saved trailers is set to a 3 on gain, so I have been able to test with my trailer and the brakes work, lights work and I do not get and check trailer brake system or any other alerts. I did order another module and change it out and the problem stays the same. What do I do?
