Front body mount question

Hi,

I have a 2020 2500. I have had some odd noises when I turn right into a certain parking lot and sometimes it even feels like I can feel something by my left foot, so I figured that maybe it was with my A pillar body mount. When I went to loosen all body mounts along one side of the truck, everything was fine until I got to the front mount. It appears that the nut that the bolt goes up into is not welded to the frame, WTF is that? Luckily I started on the drivers side and you can manage to get a 22mm socket into the 2x3" square tubing where the nut is, and with a socket on the nut from the top with a long extension and one on the bolt from the bottom, I was able to get it out and then put it back together. If I was on the passenger side and that happened, I have no idea how you are expected to get the bolt out the rest of the way or even tighten it back up because there is no way to put a socket in from the top.

Anyone else ever run across this and if so, how did you fix it?
