The easy exit seat function my 2022 2500 Laramie stopped working.
Any ideas ?
I also believe if I change the seat position and then grab the door handle to unlock the truck, the memory seat function isn't working either. Usually if my wife drives the truck with "her" key fob and then I go to use it with my key fob, when I grab the door handle the sensor recognizes my key fob and adjusts my settings to me.

Thanks

Retrain it, I believe it is take it all the way forward, all the way back two times. Set it where you want the memory and it should start working again. I gave up on it, moving it for the fold down seat always screws it up...

My memory seats have never moved when using he passive entry on my Longhorn. I think you have to manually hit the memory 1 or 2 to accomplish this.

With that said I have never utilized he easy exit, this is from the owners manual - there is a part where it becomes disabled depending on seat position.

Easy Entry/Exit Seat
This feature provides automatic driver’s seat
positioning to enhance driver mobility when
entering and exiting the vehicle.
The distance the driver’s seat moves depends on
where you have the driver’s seat positioned when
you place the ignition in the OFF position.
 When you place the vehicle’s ignition in the OFF
position, the driver’s seat will move about 2.4 inches
(6 cm) rearward if the driver’s seat position is
greater than or equal to 2.7 inches (6.77 cm)
forward of the rear stop. The seat will return to its
previously set position when you place the ignition
into the ACC or ON/RUN position.
 When you remove the key fob from the ignition,
the driver’s seat will move to a position
0.3 inches (0.77 cm) forward of the rear stop if
the driver’s seat position is between 0.9 inches
and 2.7 inches (2.27 cm and 6.77 cm) forward
of the rear stop. The seat will return to its previously
set position when you place the ignition to
the ACC or ON/RUN position.
 The Easy Entry/Easy Exit feature is disabled
when the driver’s seat position is less than
0.9 inches (2.27 cm) forward of the rear stop.
At this position, there is no benefit to the driver
by moving the seat for Easy Exit or Easy Entry.

When enabled in Uconnect Settings, Easy Entry
and Easy Exit positions are stored in each memory
setting profile Ú page 34.
NOTE:
The Easy Entry/Exit feature is enabled or disabled
through the programmable features in the
Uconnect system Ú page 236.

Okay, sorry for reviving an old post, but it may help someone in the future.

I did something I found on another site to fix this problem. Go into settings and turn OFF your easy entry feature, then turn off your truck. Run the seat all the way back, all the way forward, then one more time all the way back. Once you've completed that, hit your memory setting to restore where you usually place your seat. Then, go back into settings and reenable easy entry feature. When you turn your vehicle back off the seat should now slide out of the way as it used to.

This worked for me.
