Cargo camera no longer works after update UC4 12”

2020 Powerwagon Uconnect 4 12” screen

The truck Recently updated with an OTA update and now the cargo camera is a black screen.
Version now is 23.11.12. Any ideas how to get it back? Or do I need to go into the dealer? @Jimmy07 @RamCares

So, I did the soft reset yesterday and nothing changed, however it started working this morning. No idea why.

Sigh. Just went to lunch and after being parked for 4 hours. Cargo cam not working. Only a black screen again.

Did you ever figure this out? My Ram 3500 started doing the same thing on the 12 inch screen.

Not yet. It is at the dealer for another issue and they are supposed to check it out. I did notice that it seemed to work in the am. But would not work around noon when I would get in to go to lunch. Then would work again in the evening. Almost like on a schedule. Once I know more I will post again. I suspect the update but can’t prove it.

That's interesting, mine worked again last night when driving it. But today I drove it around 3 pm and it wasn't working again. I think its a heat issue. Although, mine started after I washed my truck. I went to check to see if any open space on the third brake light. Didn't see any, so not sure if its a moisture issue or not.

I'm also having issues with the cargo camera on my '22, I think its a heat issue on mine because it only acts up after sitting in the sun for awhile.

Mine cleared up the image as the weather cooled. It's definitely a heat issue with that CHMSL cargo camera. It's blurry AF when it's hot.

Seems like Chrysler is doing some recalls to cameras

Mine is a 2020 as well, just figured I would share

Mine is doing it too. I went to the apps screen and selected it that way instead of the camera screen I have as a favorite and it worked.
