Buzz/Growl noise under load?

My 19 HO shortbed, after 100,000 miles of trouble-free driving, has developed a strange noise. It occurs under a moderate load and shows up at around 60-70 mph. Like some kind of harmonic buzzing. For folks old enough to remember, it kind of sounds like an old dry speedometer cable. It is becoming more noticeable.

If I let off the throttle, it disappears. If I accelerate through it, it disappears. If I'm pulling a grade at 65mph, it is constant. I don't feel any roughness in the drivetrain or engine. I've had a couple of passengers and they both thought the noise was coming from somewhere behind or under the dash or firewall on the right side.

Anybody had a similar noise they can help with?

Tough diagnosis over the Internet. Loud enough to get any audio and upload it to YouTube?
