Bigger tires for a 4x2

Tried the search but didn’t find anything. I bought a 4x2 2019 2500 and want to change out the wheels and tires. I parked next to a 4x4 and noticed it sat higher than mine by an inch or so. Has anyone with a 4x2 been able to fit 35’s on 18’s or 20’s with stock suspension? I wouldn’t mind the tires sticking out an inch or so. Also have rear air suspension on the truck. Not wanting to level the front if I don’t have to. I like how it rides right now.

You mean a 1.5x3.5” haha
Never owned a 4x2 before, wasn’t sure how to type it. But ya I suppose logically 4x2 makes sense.

On the serious side, I’m curious if 35s will fit too, definitely show some pics.
I havent found any concrete answers. I did some basic measuring and I think I can fit 35's with a -12mm offset wheel. I'm going to buy the wheels and tires and see if it fits. If not i'll bring the front end up. Thinking the rear wont be an issue. I'll double check the measurements before i buy.

Just ordered. Took me some time to decide between -12 offset or +18. -12 I think would stick out too far and the load capacity is about 1k less per wheel than a +18 offset.

Didn’t realize they made them in 2wd
I havent used 4x4 in my trucks in over 10 years so I figured I'll get the 4x2 this time. Suspension looks the same to my eye. Has coils and shocks. Maybe there is less clearance on the shocks since they suspect you're not taking a 4x2 offroad.

Not bashing on you, just never seen one.

so, you have radius arms as well? Beam front axle replacing the live front axle?

I know you said you did not want to lift the front but I would add an 1" spacer it would look better and will not change your ride. just my opinion tho.

If i were to bring it up I would probably use shocks and coils to do so. I thought using a spacer really reduced the ride quaility. Am i right on that?

Installed them today and I’m loving the setup! I’ll need to do minor trimming but nothing major. I was thinking with the rwd truck sitting lower than the 4x4 Id have to do more trimming
