Have you checked your battery voltage/charge?

Here's what the manual says:

What to do when an electrical load reduction
action message is present (“Battery Saver On”
or “Battery Saver Mode”)
During a trip:
 Reduce power to unnecessary loads if
possible:
 Turn off redundant lights (interior or exterior).
 Check what may be plugged in to power
outlets +12 Volts, 115 Volts AC, USB
ports.
 Check HVAC settings (blower, temperature).
 Check the audio settings (volume).
After a trip:
 Check if any aftermarket equipment was
installed (additional lights, upfitter electrical
accessories, audio systems, alarms) and
review specifications if any (load and Ignition
Off Draw currents).
 Evaluate the latest driving cycles (distance,
driving time and parking time).
 The vehicle should have service performed if
the message is still present during consecutive
trips and the evaluation of the vehicle
and driving pattern did not help to identify the
cause.

I had this problem when I first bought my truck in Oct. My truck sat on the lot since April and the battery was toast. After replacement it's been fine.

Well the batteries were load test perfect and other then the 3 days that that message appeared no issues?? However when they disconnected my batteries (I did not notice till I got home) I lost all use of my cameras and some other apps for a few hours. Normal after a battery disconnect and reconnected??

Weird. Dealer scan tools, when utilized properly, will save the vehicle's settings when the the battery/s are disconnected. On the other hand...

Had this pop up again the other day. Only remained in EVIC for about 2 to 3 seconds. Centre stack flashed off, then on and radio quit. Radio started working when the truck was shut off. OAT was a few degrees above freezing and battery voltage was about 14.5V. This is the 2nd time the warning has come on and in conditions that should not have triggered it. There are gremlins somewhere down in all that electrical wizardry...
