Well, mines a PW so I guess take 2" off, but:
AMP powersteps 14.5" from ground to top of step 15" from top of step to floor board
AMP powersteps 14.5" from ground to top of step 15" from top of step to floor board

2021 2500 4x4 Crew Cab, AMP Boards measure 13.5" at the center of front door, 14" at center of rear door...from the ground to the top of step. Put them on about a month ago. Love 'em. They disappear when retracted.
