Anyone done a swap to UC 12 from a 8.4 that has NAV and wireless already?

2023 ram 2500 tradesmen owner here currently have the 8.4 system with wireless CarPlay and navigation. Had a conversation with someone recently that said to do the swap I only needed the screen, bezel and security bypass. Has anyone done the swap, and can confirm what parts and I’ll need exactly. Infotainment made a shady move with me. instead of their pricey $4000 kit which look like is full of parts, I don’t need when I tried to order those parts individually. They canceled my order lol. Long story short I’m going the route of sourcing these parts on my own . Any information on what parts will need exactly and part numbers would be awesome. Thank you guys in advance.
