Around 6 months ago had to replace the turbo. I went with a Fleece. Then I changed the tune pack. Ever since then when I start it up and let it do it's clean up it wants to surge on and off witch changes the fuel pressure and puffs out black smoke. I have call the tuning outfit on more than one occasion and still have the same problem. Can anyone tell me what is causing the surging and how to fix it or even what to tell the tuner so he can get it right. Thanks
