Not that I can tell. AEV pics show similar gaps , like in this pic from AEVs site https://www.aev-conversions.com/vehicles/prospector-2020/Nice looking bumper, though the gap between the bumper and the body would drive me crazy.
Is there much adjustment in the mounts?
What rubber stripping did you use to close the gap between the bumper corners and the trim under the lights? I'm installing my bumper, and the gap is HUGE on my truck! Also, anyone got tips on how to route the engine block heater? Between the late hour and AEV's meh pics, I'm stumpedHe went with a Smittybilt. I have a Warn Zeon 12S on mine and fits very easily.View attachment 51503

Now you tell us, LOL. I’m going to remove mine now just to relieve any pressure on them. Never got any errors the way they are now, but want a less stressed mount.Sorry for the poor lighting in the pictures, but I found that the 90° cable relief portion of the sensor plugs is removable from the rest of the plug housing. They "clam shell" around the wires/plug, and can be easily pryed off without breaking them if you're gentle. Removing the 90° gives just enough extra length that it is no longer a stretch to mount the sensors, and it is much easier to get the aligned in the bumper. Hopefully I stop getting the "wipe sensors" error
