Adding Flatbed

I have a new 3500 with Lane assist, BSM and RCP. I need a flatbed for 3 gooseneck trailers I pull. I'm told you can't disconnect the tail lights for lots of other things in the computer to work. Surely there's a way to reprogram these to disable them. Anyone found a way?

Well don't get any of the stuff I mentioned if you're planning on not using the tail lights in the stock bed.
