JW 2500 Cummins '18

Forgive me if I didn't see a previous post, but I did use the search.
I have an '18, Cummins, mega, and as of this morning, my Uconnect will not respond to touch. Everything connects (phone, volume, time, etc). When it does work (randomly) I only get 2-3 pushes before it locks again.
I have done the hard and soft resets, I have (clearly) powered off the whole truck, deleted the phone and reconnected everything, and nothing seems to fix it.
I even cleaned the screen, thinking that there was feedback or something from grime.
I haven't tried the fuse yet (not sure yet which it is) but I am not looking forward to replacing the screen, though if anyone knows a reasonable place to obtain one, then I might need that.
