2021 Power Wagon w / 8.4 Uconnect purchased in May 2021. Love the truck, and had zero issues until July of 2021.
1. Navigation will not load
2. Radio freezes (controls do not work). Soft reset will resolve issue temporarily, but same issue persist (ie, 32 mile drive to work this morning and radio froze and reset itself 5 times)
3. Back Up Cam works intermittently
First dealer visit was in October 2021 and the dealer did not have a fix for the issue. Tech handed me a service bulletin on the issue and a fix was scheduled to be released late 2021.
Still living with all these issues today! Next dealer visit will be in a few weeks timed with a scheduled service. Has anyone experienced these issues and actually had the problem fixed? At this point I do not believe the dealer is going to be much assistance.
