Hello all. My 2022 just started ticking yesterday. No noise before. Can't hear it in truck. We turned around on hearing it and CEL came on just before getting home. P0301. Been watching hemi tick videos but am more confused now. My tick is present all the time not intermittent. Sounds to me like it is coming from front of engine not the heads. Gonna move coil pack tonight and see if code changes and check number one plugs. 114009kms on it. Full synthetic always. Any advice welcome.

Spark jumping will make a loud tick, check the wires to those #1 plugs…looking in the dark might be good.
