been done a thousand times by now. you may have to sharpen the search pencil, or use google and put "forum" after the search terms of your choosing.

Yeah I've seen a ton of 8.4 to 12 but 5 to 12 inch has been hard to come across.

it's gonna be the same procedure. correct bezel, aux panel, etc... frank @ oem solutions can get you squared away. otherwise you'll have to go the infotainment route, or piece a kit together.
