Not me, I'm a plain vanilla/stock guy.remember if you put taller tires on that will lower your rpm as well. here is a fun calculator.

If you had 3.73s you would be at ~1590.Just checked it at 65 mph, 1750 rpm's
I am at 1750 at 70 with 3.73- 33.5” tall tires 8th gear.Just checked it at 65 mph, 1750 rpm's
You are not the same.Something not right. My new 21' has 3.73 and it sits at 1750 at 70 MPH. Now the window sticker says 3.73, wonder why we are the same?
Thx, I went ahead and created my own in excel.Gearing Analyzer with Shift Tracer

Are you replacing your Ford with 7.3 gasser? If so why? My 2020 Power wagon with 4.10 and 35's will get that kind of mpg if driven 65-70mph. This was with stock tires and my lie meter is about the same as yours sometimes it is almost spot on other times up to 1 mpg off.Thx, I went ahead and created my own in excel.
New 2500 6.4 eta is 6/16 to 6/30...still wondering about the 6.4/4.10 mpg. For reference my 7.3/3.55 (87 octane/unloaded). Lie-o-meter is typically .5mpg optimistic:
Thats my 2020 7.3. 15-16mpg from a big block is pretty good. The 7.3 is great, the 10 speed not so much. About 90% in daily driving its fine. Otherwise, slow shifts, erratic downshift, etc. The 7.3 is good enough to make me tolerate the 10 speed...maybe. When I get the call that the Tradesman is at the dealer it might be a difficult decision to part ways with the Ford. And I'm a Ram guy...Are you replacing your Ford with 7.3 gasser? If so why? 4.10's won't make a difference on your mpg in fact you might get better. My good buddy had a 2019 RAM with 3.73 and he traded for a 2020 with 4.10 and his mpg actually was better. The small tank does suck no doubt. I wish it were at least 36 or biggerThats my 2020 7.3. 15-16mpg from a big block is pretty good. The 7.3 is great, the 10 speed not so much. **edit**
I'm worried that I'll get similar or less mpg with a smaller/less powerful engine. That's why I ordered the Ram w a 4.10 to bridge the power gap. However, with the 4.10, am I losing the mpg that I need for range? The smaller fuel tank in the Ram makes the mpg a concern on longer tows. We camp 3-4 times a year at a campground about 245 miles away (500 round trip). The 7.3 has the range to get there without stopping (barely). It looks like the 2500 would need a fuel stop before reaching our destination.
I usually lock 10th out when towing because it causes excessive downshifts. 100% agree, at least you can order a 1500 with a 33 gal tank, why not give the 2500 buyers a 34 gal standard. The 6.7 aren't that much impacted by the 31 gal tank. But with gas engines range is important for those of us that tow relatively long distances. 2500 mile trip coming up in July.4.10's won't make a difference on your mpg in fact you might get better.
