@RamCares I'm the proud owner of a 2021 Ram 1500 3.6L etorque. Approx at 33,000 miles while in warranty the cam shaft went on my truck. Replaced under warranty, no problem. Jan 10th 2025 it happens again. My truck is currently at Galeana's Ram just under 2 years later for the same issue. I've reached out to Ram via 800 number. They looked up my truck and said I'll have to pay for this well known issue out of pocket. This cant be how they handle situations they know about. I was hoping to trade her in this summer but I might have to think about another brand due to the service and lack of professionalism. I know they record the call for training. I hope they pull it up and hear how kind I spoke and she said" you'll have to pay for it" and hung up on me. Crazy how nice they were when they took my 60,000$ when I bought it. Any help would be appreciated

Wrong forum bud. Try the 5th gen Ram forum for the 1500’s. Good luck with the truck. Hope they take care of yah.
