Finally got her mostly done. Road armor bumpers, Carli 2.5 Pintop, 15.5k winch, Baja designs lighting. On board air and supplemental air bags will go on soon, power steps backordered still. I've been pleasantly surprised by the factory lsd, it's proven quite capable even in 2wd. Went through this stuff in 2wd, rear tire 3" in air.

I like them quite a bit. Wanted the better snow traction which is why I didn't go ridge grapplers. Fairly minor noise increase over stock, no complaints.

Awesome. We love to send our HeftyDuty through the outdoors too.

I can not wait to get the 8spd though for high speed 4LOW...

I have those also and I agree with you about the noise, it's nothing offensive but they do let you know that they are on there.

I was wondering how they do off road since the only off roading I do is when I occasionally drive across my lawn!

I've actually been surprised by them, they seem to hook up quite well even in 2wd. Haven't had much in the way of nasty rocks yet but I don't anticipate problems. They cleaned out fairly well in mud, not exceptional but good enough. Snow performance was quite good as well. Loose sand was quite good as well.

Thanks... that is a cool report. The Exo's don't seem to be as popular as the Ridge Grapplers. I'm thinking it's because they appear to be a more of a highway tire and the sidewalls aren't as aggressive.

Here's a few updates with the airbags and the on board air setup going in. Still working on plumbing and wiring the air, but it's all mounted. Bag setup is working great both towing and unladen.

Whish air compressor system did you end up using? Looks like VIAIR?

It's the ARB heavy duty single compressor. I went single because it can be run directly through the factory auxiliary switch hub, the twin requires a relay setup. The tank is a 5 gallon viair.

The bags themselves are airlift 5813. The kit was the premium kit airlift sells for the 2019+ 2500, the one with the internal bump stops. I heavily modified the kit to allow the axle to drop away, normally it's bolted to axle and frame.
