I’m sorry, they’ve decided to modify the package and have removed the Canadian option.

Build and price still not up. Actually talked to my dealer today, he's still not able to add certain options. He's not sure why he's not able to add the safety group, max tow, max payload, new digital mirror and trailer surround to a limited so he's looking into it

Same basic problems I am running into. Chassis cab limited configs with the digital rear view mirror or surround cameras (via level 1 or via safety group) aren't possible at the moment for reasons that aren't obvious.
