2022 Ram Tow/Trailer Camera plug problem

I recently purchased a 2022 Dodge Ram 3500 Longhorn addition. It cam with a Trailer camera which I installed on one of our trailers. The male plug that plugs into the pickup got some damage and need to replace as one oring is gone and drug on the ground a bit. Went to dealer and they can only order the whole harness at this time. Is there any other options. Like the truck but afraid the female side of the plugin will not stand up long with the damage I have to the male plug. Any Ideas?​
