I ordered 9/20 would love to pick it up by April too but I don’t think it’s going to happen that way. Sit back and cross fingers you win ram lotto but I’d guess June July for ya 4-5 months out.
I see it’s a power wagon those go faster so maybe by May

Is this cut and paste, or did you type that out for the 45th time? Didn't you buy one off the lot a month ago? Your order probably got dicked up because of the change and is now lost.

I needed a truck and got a 2500 why waiting for my order to show up I’ve had now for 3.5 weeks. And my order was lost before I chose to buy off a lot.

@ACEd, I received a proposed build "week" via email from the Ram Information Center

"This is a courtesy email regarding your Ram 2500 factory order status.

At this present time, your vehicle has been sequenced for production with
all the parts necessary to begin building your order either being scheduled
or gathered.

I show your order has an estimated production plan timing projected to
take place the week of 01-03-22. Please keep in mind, this timing is
estimated and could be subject to change."

Ram Information Center = RamChat ? RamChat never gave me anything like that.

Dealer just emailed me and told me our truck is at the Body Vendor getting the spray liner installed. Looks like that's a status of "JB". Should ship pretty soon. He says they average a month from ship date to dealer delivery.

Haha Jeff is a very busy automated email server! Mine was escalated in October and still hasn’t even been built. I have said this on here before, but escalation doesn’t actually trigger any type of proactive response from RAM, it is merely a reactive system that once a status changes the Jeff/cara server will send you an email to tell you the status has changed. All you can do is wait there is no voice for the customer with RAM have to run feedback through dealership etc. and let those folks water down the message first!

After telling myself this week to just put it out of mind for a few weeks, I got impatient and called Ram CS. The nice lady told me "I see your vehicle is currently in the build stage with an estimated shipping date of 2/21".

I'm hoping they are correct and I'll see a build sheet pop up tomorrow.
