It seems today is my (hopefully) lucky day. I went into my local dealership to check on the status of my grid heater relay and front driveline issue and in about 7 minutes the mechanic had the relay swapped out. He then checked his computer for any driveline updates and there is now a TSB (03-003-23) addressing the problem. They diagnosed the problem as an improperly machined driveshaft and have a replacement available. Parts are ordered and I'm scheduled for replacement next Tuesday. I'll report back after the work is done and I've tested it out.
