2022 3500 DEF filler tube is loose

Anyone else experienced looseness of the DEF filler tube. The blue tube will disappear down below the "floor" of the fueling enclosure if I push on it. Seems like the cap doesn't "lock" on either. Did a piece break off? 12K miles so light use.

My cap doesn't "snap" into place, though it does feel secure. The tube is firmly in place and doesn't even wiggle when I apply pressure to it.
It doesn't look to me like you have broken lugs.
