Sounded like a bad battery to me but I've never dealt with a push-button start before. I went and got a battery load tester and checked both batteries. One just barley passed and the other wouldn't even move the needle. Put two new batteries and everything is good. Voltage on dash shows...

Got in my ram today and pushed the button and it sounded k\like the engine would try to turn over and then just stop. Finally hooked up a set of jumper cables and it fire right up. Voltage never dropped much. could it be a battery? Truck is three years old.

I live in south Arkansas and have talked to several dealers within 100 miles. Every one of them told me the parts would not be available until December 2020. Why issue a recall if there are no parts to fix the problem. Love my truck but am very disappointed in Ram.

Sold my 2002 F250 powerstroke last week and bought a 2019 Tradesman 2500 with the Cummins. Wish I had done it years ago. Can't wait to hook up to my 5th wheel and see how it pulls.

Has anyone added the factory trailer brake controller to their 2019 2500. Just bought the truck and it has everything I wanted except the brake control. Is the control for the 1500 the same?
