Clicking noise 2019 ram 2500

Buzzing sounds coming from 2020 ram 2500 diesel
Hi all, I noticed a buzzing sound the other day but it went away.. today after doing oil and fuel filters charges I was able to hear it more clearly. Possible battery issue
