Dethloff 6'4 RAM Box Rack Review

@Dwc7988: the owner did say that we wanted feedback and if there was any improvements, he'd be happy to consider them for future builds. I would also venture to say, since there is no stock, right now, he probably makes them on order and can probably customize it for you. I would highly...

Dethloff 6'4 RAM Box Rack Review

Hello all, It actually took quite the research to find a rack that was compatible with 6'4 RAMBoxes. The best I found were from https://dethloffmfg.com/ So, here is a quick review. Keep in mind this review is against a 2019 PW with RAMBoxes and 6'4 bed. 2" tubes, very well finished and...

    PW ride quality?

There is 100% blockage. I installed that rack approx 2 months ago and haven't had the time to give feedback to the manufacurer, which took 9 months to build BTW. But I LOVE the rack. It's off topic, so I'll create separate thread for it. Wait for it.... Wait for it...

Wheels for the 2019 PW - offset confirmation

So.... I did a lot of reading on offset and seems to be quite confusing depending on who is writing the article. With that said I've research for months (off and on) and came up with this recap is any one of you would confirm is it correct? I've located a page where it says the 2019 PW OEM...

    Titan spare tire aux tank

This is technically NOT an AUX Tank, but rather a "Transfer tank" but DOT appoved 95 Gal tank in your bed will get your butt all soar. Yes, both PW and Rebel have one each. :D

    12v power outlet

I put a 1500W power inverter on the 2017 Rebel and a 2000W on the PW. The required 0AWG/400Amp gauges and 0/0AWG/450AMP respectively.

    PW ride quality?

For the record since this thread is a little old... 2019 PW 1300-mile one way nonstop from TN to ME: She drives like a luxury SUV. She was loaded with power tools, 95 gal of gasoline (in the transfer tank), 2 cats and the wife. The all slept like babies.

Why No Option for Power Running Boards on PW?

This is why you want OEM "step" bars. I have a Rebel that has AMP steps and love them. But I have to be extremely mindful of how deep I can go with her. The AMP steps are of a less rugged aluminum and will very easily bend or break. I scratched them pretty hard on those rocks:

Other than what I've already posted, did you have something in particular you're looking for?

How to set the winch to neutral

Gotta hire a midget for his hand to get in there or is it just me??? I mean... My hands are pretty small already... What's the secret?? I mean seriously? Oh... It's a 2019 PW.

Thanks! I tend to wave at other PW owners, but there aren't many around here!!! :p

New to the site but ol' timer with HD Rams

Hellow folks. First trek into Dodge Ram was back in 2000 where I ordered a 3/4ton all black Sport SLT and added a few things to it, inclucing a winch (probably have pictures somewhere). She served me well for a good 15 years in the harsh weather and salt of Minnesota. I sold her in 2015 and...

    Lets see those power wagons

Hello folks. First post. I've owned my pw for about 7 months now... One month after getting it off the lot: Added a few things to it since then: (Yes, there is another RAM in the driveway :D)
