2022 Ram HD Builds and orders - Post and discuss your TRUCK order here! ** NEW USERS READ POST #1 **

I ordered a 2022 Regular cab Bighorn 3500 HD with the Cummins HO and rear air bags plus as much tech and lux as I could get in regular cab.
Very pricy for a regular cab, however it was what I was needing, or what I wanted, which was the most capable yet most maneuverable HD I could get .
I am also partial to tech, so now that the RAM 4.5 Gen truck has a decent amount of tech offered in a regular cab, I went ahead and order one.

Here is screen shot of my build sheet. It is currently in D status so I have the Vin to it, just don't have a build date yet.

Hopefully you got a least 12% of msrp

So we're did you get this information from
Most of the sheet I shared is from watching this thread and adding rows as people have commented their builds. I've only watched from about page 50 and on. There might be earlier posts I haven't seen.

There have been just a few submissions through the form so far.

Kudo's... you did a good job and you're off to a good start... 41 entries so far

If folks aren't comfortable sharing the full VIN, I don't want to pressure them.

I added a few optional fields to the form if people want to include that information. I also created a new thread where we can continue to talk about what to do with the form and data: https://hdrams.com/forum/index.php?threads/2022-hd-crowdsourced-vin-order-tracking.6189/

I don't want to pollute this thread too much with conversation outside of posting builds/orders.
You can update

My full VIN is 3C63R3SL8NG106945 if it helps. At some point, there will be a windshield you can peer through and read it.

I was thinking I'll write a AppScript which updates rows if someone submits the form multiple times. And de-dupes.

I feel the same way about my VIN. I was also thinking I'll add some links from the sheet to the various build sticker resources which of course will only work when the full VIN is in the sheet.

There has to be a common number for engine, trim and body for starters, what could it be...

Position 8 of the VIN is the engine identifier (J is 6.4, L is CTD). 5,6,&7 are the drive, body, trim identifiers.

From 2016, but still applies. I just verified with my VIN

I am new to the vehicle ordering process, I usually buy one from the lot so this will be the first time. When you place the order I know you have to make a deposit but is there any sort of contract or agreement that you sign on what the final price will be on delivery? My dealership is telling me that it would be MSRP minus any deals and incentives that they would have at the time the vehicle is delivered. (they told me December ish) I am just hesitant/getting a bad vibe that there is not some price paper or agreement on what the final price would be before I order it.

MSRP on an order is crap, you can do much better. Read through the thread, or at least the last few pages. You should be expecting 10-12% under MSRP.

I will check them out thank you
Following with what RAM_Dad said, go to ramtrucks.com and build your ideal truck. Send a PDF to the people listed and see what kind of a deal you can get. Don’t pay MSRP. You should easily be under invoice pricing.

No. there is not any new trucks around here, all brands all dealers are pretty much ordering sold units using limited allocation at msrp.
Ram canceled my fleet program last month , which had 6k off in incentives.
