I agree. I gave all of my contact info to my dealer and expected to be put on a mailing list. That never happened.Maybe one day Stellantis or RAM Cares could implement a basic new vehicle order tracking system, which would alleviate all the manual calls and chats to get an updated status. Seems like it could be automated fairly easily and would bring about greater customer satisfaction. Hopefully they'll read the forums periodically and bubble it up to leadership.
But, today, my dealer said he had good news and bad news. Good news, the truck got to the dealership! Bad news, they can't process it until tomorrow morning.
